The ETH Board welcomes the signing of the EU Programmes Agreement (EUPA) negotiated as part of the overall Bilaterals III package between Switzerland and the EU. It is pleased that Switzerland is now associated with the Horizon package and will once again be able to participate in the implementation of EU programmes.
