New licensing principles for spin-offs from ETH Domain institutions aim at increasing transparency to facilitate the creation and growth of spin-off companies in Switzerland.
Pursuant to Art. 27 of the Ordinance on Public Procurement, contracting authorities subject to the Swiss federal legislation on public procurement are required once a year to report in electronic form on their public contracts exceeding CHF 50,000.
At the request of the Federal Council and on the recommendation of a panel of international experts, the ETH Board and the institutions of the ETH Domain are reviewing the current structure of the ETH Domain.
