Information for conference room reservations

ETH Domain staff can reserve conference rooms at the ETH Board building in Bern. Please reserve by e-mail. Two rooms are available:

• Conference room for 26 people

• Meeting room for 14 people

Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The room is supervised by the Bern Hirschengraben meetings team.
Minimum number of people per reservation: 4 persons.
We also offer office space or workstations for individuals or meetings of less than 4 people upon request if available.

These rooms may only be used by working groups whose activities are directly related to the ETH Domain. Bookings may only be made in the name of persons who belong to an ETH Domain institution and will be taking part in the meeting in question.

Mineral water, tea and coffee are available on site. Any other services (e.g. catering) must be organised and paid for by the group itself.
