Ce champ d\u2019application \u00e9largi refl\u00e8te mieux les diverses caract\u00e9ristiques, perspectives, conceptions de vie et exp\u00e9riences de tous les membres du Domaine des EPF.<\/p>\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie DEI d\u00e9finit des objectifs et des principes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pour l\u2019ensemble du Domaine des EPF. Elle fournit un cadre commun aux six institutions du Domaine des EPF, \u00e0 savoir l\u2019ETH Zurich, l\u2019EPFL, le PSI, le WSL, l\u2019Empa et l\u2019Eawag. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 leur autonomie, les institutions du Domaine des EPF sont responsables de la mise en \u0153uvre de la strat\u00e9gie DEI en fonction de leur situation respective. La responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019application et de la communication de ces politiques incombe aux pr\u00e9sidentes et pr\u00e9sidents ou aux directrices et directeurs ainsi qu\u2019aux directions des diff\u00e9rentes institutions et aux responsables des entit\u00e9s qui en d\u00e9pendent (p. ex. facult\u00e9s, d\u00e9partements, administration) en fonction de la structure de chaque institution. Il s\u2019agit notamment de favoriser un envi\u00adronnement dans lequel chaque personne se sente respect\u00e9e, valoris\u00e9e et habilit\u00e9e \u00e0 participer et \u00e0 s\u2019engager pleinement.
