In line with expectations regarding good governance, the ETH Board publishes a list of the vested interests and secondary occupations of its members as well as of the directors of the research institutes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The ETH Board is committed to ensuring the transparency and integrity of its decision-making processes. To guarantee the trust of the general public and members of staff of ETH Domain institutions, any vested interests and secondary occupations of members of the ETH Board and of the directors of research institutes are published in the table below, in alphabetical order by name.<\/p>\n

Each year, the vested interests and secondary occupations are assessed by the Audit Committee and approved by the ETH Board (subject to the responsibility of the Federal Council). Any new vested interests are declared on an ongoing basis, and compliance checks will be carried out in order to avoid any conflicts of interest or reputational risks.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
